Darren O'Day Retires
The Braves reliever played 15 seasons in major league baseball
It recently was announced Darren O'Day that has retired. The 1 time all star has played for 6 teams in major league baseball those teams are the Texas Rangers, Los Angeles Angels, New York Yankees, New York Mets, Baltimore Orioles and Atlanta Braves.
He was a College shortstop and was a 5th round pick by the Mets as a pitcher. O’Day retired at age 40 and had what some would call a rough 2022 with 2 wins and 2 losses and had a 4.15 ERA in 21.2 innings. Despite his stats in 2022 is career stats are pretty impressive

O’Day was a Fun Pitcher to watch despite being hurt most of 2022. All the teams and Fans would like to say a big THANK YOU to O’Day for all his contributions to those teams. He debuted on March 31st 2008 against the Minnesota Twins at the time he was on Los Angeles Angels.
